What is UTSOnline? *

UTSOnline is the centrally supported online learning and teaching environment used at UTS. Logging into UTSOnline allows you to obtain your Subject Outlines as well as access any subject-related content such as lecture materials, and announcements. UTSOnline also allows you to participate in subject activities, create Portfolios, take assessments tasks, view and submit assignments, and receive grades and feedback.

Provided you have access to an internet connection, you can access UTSOnline anywhere.

 

Requirements *

UTSOnline is compatible with the following browsers:

  • Chrome 36+
  • Edge 20+
  • Firefox 31+
  • Internet Explorer 11+ (Windows only)
  • Safari 6+ (Mac OS only)

Logging in *

UTSOnline is accessed by logging into https://online.uts.edu.au/. All your enrolled programs and subjects are listed under the My UTSOnline tab.

Changing your password *

What is my username and password? *

Your UTSOnline username and password is the same as your UTS email username and password. To be able to log into UTSOnline, you will need to have activated your UTS email on this account activation page

How do I change my password? *

Log into the MyPassword tool to update your UTS email password. Updating this password will also change your UTSOnline password.

Forgot your password or having difficulties logging in? *

If you are unable to change your password, contact the IT Support Centre.

 

Subject Availability *

The Subject Availability page provides information on the availability of your subject in UTSOnline.

 

Accessing UTSOnline from a mobile device *

Instead of using a web browser on your mobile device to access UTSOnline, there are apps available for download that simplify navigating UTSOnline on a mobile device. These apps are free for UTS staff and students and are available for download from the Apple and Android app stores.
