Users have the option to record the Zoom meeting on a cloud. If it is a recording to the cloud, the recorded meeting layout is always showing in ‘Active Speaker’ mode.
For example, if the host records the Zoom meeting in ‘Gallery View’, the faces of all the participants will not be recorded in ‘Gallery View’ and the output will be only shown in the ‘Active Speaker’ view.
