Turnitin Assignment submission | Turnitin submission error - An unusual number of excessively long or short words | Students might receive the following error when submitting their assignment to Turnitin: "The paper you have submitted seems to have an unusual number of excessively long or short words. Please try changing your font and submitting again or contact our help desk if the problem persists". Similarity score not updating within Speedgrader | Similarity score not updating within Speedgrader | It has been reported that the Similarity Report is not updating within Speedgrader after exclusions are made or after the due date passes for collusion checks. The correct score will be presented within the LTI assignment inbox and when Feedback Studio is opened, even if it is accessed within Speedgrader. Turnitin and Canvas are investigating this issue. |

Cloud Recordings | Zoom cloud recordings are not showing in 'Gallery View' | Zoom meetings with 'Gallery View' settings that are recorded on cloud are showing in 'Active Speaker' view. Zoom Recordings Folder | Zoom Recording Folder Missing from cloudstor account | If you are logging in to CloudStor look for your recording in Zoom Recordings Folder, you may not find the folder in some ocassion. You will need to do three test recordings before you can see the "Zoom Recordings" folder in "Shared with You"; all previous recordings will also be available. This is one of the known issue caused in some ocassion to the users account due to known system issue. If you still cannot find your "Zoom Recordings" folder, please report to Learning and Teaching Systems via Service Connect. |
