|Browser - Internet Explorer 11||Internet Explorer 11 font issue||IE11 will not load custom fonts when navigating directly to pages in Blackboard via the address bar or bookmarks. To learn more, see Internet Explorer 11 font issue|
|Content type - audio||Audio auto-plays in Chrome||Creating an Audio content item in a UTSOnline site will auto-play in Google Chrome even when set to not auto-play. To learn more including workarounds, see the Audio auto-play issue help page.|
|Context menus||Unable to open context menu in Google Chrome||Context menu buttons will sometimes be unresponsive in UTSOnline when using Google Chrome. To learn more including workarounds, see the Unable to open context menu in Google Chrome help page.|
|Line break issue||Emails sent via the Send Email tool ignores line breaks. To learn more including available workarounds, see the Line break issue known issues help page.|
|Email from firstname.lastname@example.org||Email received through UTSOnline shows sender email address as well as email@example.com in the ‘From’ field. To learn more including available workarounds, see the Email from firstname.lastname@example.org known issues help page.|
|LaTex Editor||LaTex Content is not rendered automatically||The LaTex expression is not converted automatically and retains its LaTeX origin.|
|MyGrades||Opening the Last Graded view in the MyGrades tool generates an error||If a gradable item has a max point value that specifies decimal digits like 1.5, the Last Graded view in the My Grades tool throws an error.|
|UTS Batch Group Enrolment tool||Subject Coordinator unable to use "UTS Batch Enrolment" tool link||Subject Coordinator redirected to UTSOnline Home Page when clicking on "UTS Batch Group Enrolment" tool link|
|Accessing A.nnotate||Unable to access A.nnotate readings when using Safari||When attempting to access an A.nnotate reading using the Safari web browser on a Mac, an additional login screen is displayed. |Turnitin Assignment submission||Gradebook error when submitting an assignment||Students might receive the following error when submitting their assignment to Turnitin: "The paper was submitted successfully to Turnitin, but the Blackboard Gradebook was not modified. |Turnitin Assignment Download||Bulk download issue||Bulk downloading Turnitin assignments through subject tools in control panel is resulting in invalid zip folder or timeout error in the browser. To learn more, see Bulk download issue
|Blackboard Assignment marking||Missing equation content when marking assignment||An Instructor or Marker cannot see the complete contents of an assignment submission when the submission contains content created using Microsoft Word's Equation tool. |Quiz attempt score visibility||Cannot hide the Quiz attempt score from students||Students can see their quiz attempt score after submitting their quiz attempt even when an Instructor has configured the quiz settings to prevent students from viewing their score. |Quiz options||Opening the Test Options page generates an error||When opening the Edit The Test Options page for your quiz, you may receive a "Load group members failed. Blogs, Journals and Wikis *
|Blackboard Blogs and Journals||Unable to open file attachments with a specific filename||Unable to open file attachments in a Blackboard Blog/Journal post that contains an ampersand or semicolon character in the filename. |Group Blackboard Journals||Group journals are visible to all enrolled students in a UTSOnline site||When a Blackboard Journal is enabled in a group, the default setting is to allow all students enrolled in the UTSOnline site, not just the group, to view that journal. Grade Centre *
|Results||Survey results downloaded file issue||Survey results can be downloaded by navigating to survey's column in the Grade Centre and selecting Download Results option from the contextual menu. When using Google Chrome, downloaded file does not have a file extension. To learn more, see Survey results downloaded file issue help page.|
|Scroll bar navigation||Grade Centre scroll bars not displayed||On Mac OSX 10.7 or newer under default system settings, the horizontal scroll bar in the Grade Centre may not be displayed. To learn more, see Grade Centre scroll bars issue page.|
|Creating Lynda.com content||Unable to create Lynda.com content in a UTSOnline site||An error is received when attempting to Search or Browse for Lynda.com content in a UTSOnline site. |Editing a Portfolio||Portfolio instructions do not appear when editing your Portfolio||Staff and students may have issues viewing instructional content when editing their Portfolio. |Portfolio Sharing||Unable to access a Shared Portfolio||When a shared Portfolio link is inserted into a Microsoft Office document such as PowerPoint, clicking on this link generates an error message. |Performance Dashboard and Student Activity Centre||Last Access Date for a student is incorrect or is not recorded||[RESOLVED 27th of April, 2017]

|Content Usage Statistics Report||Content Usage Statistics Report issue||[UPDATE 2nd of August, 2016 - Workaround updated]

|Statistics Tracking||Statistics Reporting for a content item contains incorrect data||Statistical data for an individual content item is incorrect because data is captured based on a student opening the content area containing the content item, not the content item itself. |Subject Reports||Course Activity and Student Overview for Single Course reports issue||Course Activity and Student Overview for Single Course are displaying no activity data. For more information, refer to the Subject Reports Issue help page.|
|Captivate||Captivate issues with embedded YouTube video||When playing a Captivate YouTube video, part of the video is cropped. For more information, refer to the Captivate issues with embedded YouTube video help page.|
|Student enrolment in SPARK||Chief Instructors in SPARK cannot select the correct UTSOnline subject as an enrolment source||A UTSOnline subject will not appear in the list of source subjects in the UTSOnline Settings page in SPARK.
