Document does not open in the inline document viewer in the Blackboard Assignment tool
This known issue is closed due to the decommissioning of Blackboard on the 31st of August, 2021

Description:
When opening a Blackboard Assignment submission in the inline document viewer, the “File is being converted” message appears instead of the document (see image below).
