Why when edit mode is off can I not view the subject materials:
1. Check if there is any date restriction on them
2. Check that your subject materials are available to students – check them with Edit mode off
Why there are grade center columns which do not have any assignments assign to them?
Deleting content folders consisting of quizzes and Turnitin assignments leaves orphaned grade center column.
How to get the proper report of student activities in a particular session in my forum
1. Enrollment lists requires regular update. Please set a regular removal date for your enrolled students. Re-enrollment requests which do not have removal dates accumulate new enrolled students on top of all previous years students.
2. SCORM packages or online quizzes require to be published regularly with a new ID to generate a new Grade Center column (at the beginning of each session)
3. Previous session SCORM packages or online quizzes require to get hidden from students’ view not to allow students to take any attempt on previous sessions quizzes or SCORM packages.
How to bulk delete and clean up my subject site
