Five minutes prior to the scheduled completion of a lecture in the University Hall and Guthrie theatre during a major session, a recording of the lecture is automatically uploaded, processed, and then published in the Echo360 Active Learning Platform (ALP). When a lecture recording is published in ALP, it is made available to students via their UTSOnline subject site.
Subject Coordinators and Instructors can choose to make their lecture recording unavailable to students through the ALP interface or schedule a time and date for when their lecture recordings are made available/unavailable to students.
