IML Sound Booth

The IML Sound Booth is a soundproofed space in Building 1, Level 27 where you can record videos, narrated slideshows and screencasts in a quiet environment.

The soundbooth is located at Building 1.27.15. To book the space contact Enza Mirabella, the IML Administrative Officer.

If you are unsure of the configuration of the room or how to best use its features, contact your Faculty Learning Technologist and organise a time to be shown the booth’s features. The space can comfortably fit two participants.

The sound booth has a good quality microphone connected to either a PC or Mac environment. It is especially suited to short videos, narrated slideshows, screencasts and podcasts. Consult your Faculty Learning Technologist for advice on the suitability of the sound booth for your next project.
