All new permanent and contract staff have an account automatically created for them in UTSOnline. For more information, please refer to the Staff Accounts help page.
Temporary UTSOnline accounts can be created at the request of a UTS staff member in order to allow access to UTSOnline for staff or guests of UTS for a limited period of time, after which the account is removed. For more information, please refer to the Temporary Accounts help page.

Renaming your UTSOnline site
Any Instructor can change the name of their UTSOnline site.
Managing the availability of your UTSOnline site
You can control when your UTSOnline site is accessible to students by configuring the Set Availability setting located in your UTSOnline site. For more information, please refer to the Managing Site Availability help page.
Archiving your UTSOnline site
Download an archive of your UTSOnline subject or Export out the subject’s content. Please note that UTSOnline subject sites are no longer recycled so archiving your UTSOnline subject site may not be necessary if you would like to retain access to content from a previous session. Student preview mode
UTSOnline offers a complete Student Preview Mode which will allow you to replicate the full student experience from within a subject site. You will be able to see the demo student entity within the grade centre and can perform all grading, feedback and interactive tasks as if you were a student.

Are your teaching materials copyright compliant?.
If you wish to place teaching resources in UTSOnline or in the Library’s eReadings collection, you must submit requests to do so to the Digital Resources Register and Digitisation Service located in UTS Library. For more information, please refer to the Copyright and Library DRR help page.
