G Suite: Google Drive plus more for UTS staff/students
All UTS staff and students can access G Suite, which contains Google Drive plus a selection of other Google apps.
The apps in G Suite are designed for collaborative projects, plus with free unlimited storage you’ll never need to worry about losing a file again.

All staff and students can access the following G Suite applications:
- Drive for file sharing and backup
- Docs for creating and collaborating on documents
- Sheets for creating and collaborating on spreadsheets
- Slides for creating presentations
- Forms for creating and distributing online forms
- Calendar for scheduling
- Hangouts for online meetings, video calling and more
You can also create and manage a YouTube channel with your UTS account.
Please note that Google’s email service (GMail) is not available to UTS staff or students.
How do I get started with G Suite?
You can log into G Suite or any of the apps using the links above. When prompted please use your UTS email address, then your student and staff ID plus password.

What device can I use the apps on?
Google Drive has apps for Android, iOS, Windows and macOS.
Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Forms and Hangouts also have specific apps for Android and iOS. Please check your device’s app store for more information.
How do I learn how to use G Suite?
Lynda.com has essentials training on Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar and Hangouts. Access to Lynda.com is free to UTS staff and students.
How do I get support on G Suite applications?
Help on G Suite applications is available from the Google support page or the Google Product Forums.
